Frodsham Business Centre is a modernised office block with workshops surrounding. Originally constructed in the 1960s, it is owned and operated by Helsby & Longden Limited. Frodsham Business centre is particularly suited to noth new, start up and expanding businesses with very competitive rates and flexible arrangements.

Long term leases are available by negotiation. Standard Licence Term is for six months then one month's notice in writing by either party.

Discounted Licence terms are currently on offer. Sign up for twelve months and pay only for nine; thereafter subject to one month's notice.
